On December 1^st, 2020, the City of Santee became 40 years old. The City celebrated with fireworks set off from both Town Center Community Park and West Hills Park. The fireworks started at 7pm and were visible from many locations in the park. Several local businesses also participated in the celebration with the “Santee Sweet Treat Stops” giving away deserts and treats during the day.
