San Diego County Library has acquired 7,000 Chromebook and hotspot sets via the Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF) grant to circulate to members of the community in need of digital access and to bridge the digital divide. See handout below for details:

Update December 19th, 2022:

One of our residents just picked up one of these free laptop / free internet combinations from the Santee Library today. Now she’s able to browse the web and check her email from any location. It’s a very nice program. Good job San Diego County Library!!
